It’s 2022 and people will freeze to death on the streets in the richest country on Earth.

I’m running for Congress because in the richest country on Earth, no one should be hungry, homeless, without healthcare, or in poverty. The planet shouldn’t be burning while do-nothing politicians take money from oil companies like my Chevron-funded opponent.

My vision is of a country where everyone’s needs are met, everyone who needs a job has one, and people can focus on fulfilling their dreams instead of scraping by and working till they die.

Yesterday on Twitter, AOC was trending because a Republican didn’t like that her boyfriend was wearing sandals while they were on a trip to Florida.

And today in my inbox, the National Democratic Training Committee sent an email about “HUMILIATING” Mitch McConnell.

Seriously? There are more important things to focus on. Like the fact that almost 600,000 people are homeless, 1 in 5 kids don’t know where their next meal is coming from, and renters and homeowners alike can barely afford their housing.

In a country that can spend $1.7 trillion on a janky piece-of-crap plane that won’t fly, we can afford housing for all, Medicare for All, and a jobs guarantee.
