Dear John,

The wait is finally over! We are excited to share that early-bird tickets are now available for EV’s 19th Annual Commonwealth Dinner, which will be held on Saturday, March 26th at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. This year’s event feels even more special because this is the first in-person gala we’ve been able to host since 2019. So, dust off your dancing shoes and get ready for an incredible evening of celebration!

The staff and board at EV will make the health of our attendees a top priority. We understand that this pandemic is not over and due to the rising number of new cases, we have put the following safety protocols in place to help create a safer experience for all. We will require that every guest attending the Dinner to be fully vaccinated or be able to show proof of a negative PCR Covid test taken at least 48-hours prior to the event.

While we are working hard to ensure everyone’s safety is top of mind, we are also having fun re-imagining certain aspects of the Dinner. One of the biggest changes you’ll notice is that we have decided to host a Welcome Reception so that all of our attendees are treated like VIPs. That means there is only one ticket option available for purchase on our website. We hope that this and the other updates we’ve made to the evening’s program will create a more enjoyable and festive atmosphere for all.

Are you interested in supporting the Dinner in other ways? You can host a table, volunteer for the event, or purchase an ad. Click here to visit the event page with more information.

We hope you’ll join us for the Commonwealth Dinner on March 26th in Richmond for an unforgettable night. Let’s raise a glass to the incredible leaps we’ve made in Virginia – it’s time to celebrate YOU!

Yours for equality,

Mario
