Dear Friends,
This Saturday people of faith from the DC region will be gathering outside the White House to protest U.S. drone strikes. Prior to the Trump Administration, drone strikes killed several thousand people including hundreds of children and other civilians. President Trump has removed limitations on drone strikes that were intended to protect civilians, provided the CIA and the Department of Defense with additional authority to carry out drone strikes, and increased the secrecy surrounding drone strikes. We must tell our leaders to end our country’s unfettered use of drone warfare!
