My name is Todd Woessner. I'm a combat veteran of the Iraq War. I worked in the maintenance department at
the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA).
And I blew the whistle on the most painful dog lab

that still haunts me every night when I sleep: a harvested dog heart floating in a pool of blood.
Taxpayer, to see these trusting lab puppies in agony – it’s hard.
I've never stopped thinking about dog #A7.

She had no name... just a government I.D. tattooed in her floppy ear.
She had no home... just a small cage in the VA’s laboratory.
She had no family... just the taxpayer-funded white coats who forced her to run on a treadmill until
she collapsed.
She was innocent, Taxpayer. And she didn't understand why
our government was punishing her so severely.
So at great personal risk, I secretly photographed the abuse and exposed the
torture to Congress and the court of world opinion.

At the Saint Louis heart harvesting lab, VA white coats inject inflammatory
chemicals into a 6-month-old dog, induce cardiac arrest, cut open her chest, and
rip out her tiny heart.
To be clear: these statements are my personal opinions, derived from my
first-hand experience as a former VA employee and a United States veteran.
I can also tell you: having worked closely with the WCW team for years, the most
effective way to end these heinous experiments is to stop the wasteful
government spending before its renewed.
DEADLINE: to end the VA’s heartless experiments and save the STL 32, we must cover our
new budget before the payout deadline on MIDNIGHT Dec. 31.
