You might have heard that my sons Patrick, Harry, and Alex think they can outraise their mom for tonight’s public fundraising deadline – the last one of 2021!
And that means my fundraising numbers are even more important. Sure, I already knew that DC Republicans, my opponent, the NRCC, and the media would look to them to gauge the strength of our campaign, but I didn’t know family bragging rights were on the table!
Of course, I’d like to win this competition against my sons. If they are able to outraise me this one time, though, I’ll still be the ultimate winner because of the uplifting team I have behind me. From my family and friends, to voters and volunteers, to supporters and to my staff – I’m lucky to have you all on my team.
