We’re continuing our landmark lawsuit against Antifa for its brutal assault on
citizen-journalist Andy Ngo. As you may know, we’re the only advocacy group
demanding that Antifa and its members face justice for their violent acts.  

 

Also, our lawsuit against Twitter and U.S. Senator Alex Padilla for their
illegal collusion to silence conservative commentator Rogan O’Handley is
picking up speed.  

 

And ON TOP of all that, we have a major appeal pending before an en banc panel
at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals—this is a lawsuit to defend parental
rights and to stop governors from ever closing all public and private schools
again.
