John -- this is it. The last email my team is going to send you before 2021’s final fundraising deadline. Serving in Congress has been the honor of my life, and it’s not a responsibility that I take lightly.

Since your support helped send me to Congress three years ago, I have had eight different pieces of legislation enacted by both Democratic and Republican administrations. I am especially proud of my Health Care Affordability Act - which was included as part of the American Rescue Plan - and the Protecting Moms Who Served Act, both of which were enacted this year.

But despite the hard work that this team has put in to improve the lives of folks across this district, new Republican candidates continue to emerge. From denying the severity of COVID-19 to sympathizing with those who attacked our democracy on January 6th, these candidates do not represent the values of our community.
