Before you head out for New Year’s Eve (or maybe you are hunkering down like I am), I wanted to give you a quick update about where we stand on EWG’s 2022 budget.

We are still very short – $36,887 – of our yearly fundraising goal and absolutely need to raise $4,098 every hour between now and midnight to continue fighting to get toxic chemicals out of your water, food and environment.

I hate to ask, since you have already done so much for EWG during a very, very challenging year. But I know we can make up this deficit tonight if everyone reading this email chips in.

We’re up against some serious challenges: the ongoing pandemic, the prevalence of PFAS chemicals in our environment and the slow pace of change in Washington. But EWG is resolved to stand our ground and protect your health – and we have big plans for 2022.
