** Our top 10 achievements from recent years include:
------------------------------------------------------------

1. We just won an international legal suit against the Guatemalan government ([link removed]) in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights for the discrimination against Indigenous Peoples in telecommunications laws which violate Indigenous rights to "to freedom of expression, equality before the law, and participation in cultural life."

2. We granted nearly $2.4 million dollars ([link removed]) in the past five years to Indigenous communities to support an array of self-determined development projects through our Indigenous Led Funds.

3. In the past five years, we generated over $1.7 million dollars in income for Indigenous artists through sales at the Cultural Survival Bazaars ([link removed]) to support their economic sovereignty and livelihoods.

4. We launched the Indigenous Rights Radio ([link removed]) Program, engaging over 11 million listeners in 140+ languages.

5. We provided capacity building and training in radio production, journalism, and leadership skills to over 235 Indigenous women ([link removed]) over the past five years.

6. We supported 39 Indigenous youth fellows in 10 countries through our Indigenous Community Media Youth Fellowship ([link removed]) program (since 2018).

7. We informed 16 million people about Indigenous issues via 45 editions of our award-winning Cultural Survival Quarterly ([link removed]) magazine and website ([link removed]) .

8. We amplified and raised the visibility of Indigenous rights violations in 56 countries by submitting 103 reports ([link removed]) to the United Nations.

9. We built an Indigenous-led and majority Indigenous women organization, with 29 staff based in 10 countries and drafted a new vision ([link removed]) for the organization.

10. We mounted a robust COVID-19 Awareness Campaign in 140+ Indigenous languages including 613+ radio programs ([link removed]) , prevention manuals ([link removed]) for radio stations in 86 Indigenous languages.
