Friend –

As the ACLU's Chief Operating Officer, I work to ensure that our attorneys, advocates, and volunteers have the resources they need to wage the strongest possible defense for people's rights.

And looking at the fights ahead of us in 2022, that need for resources is only going to grow with so much at stake.

That's why I'm hoping we can count on your year-end support with a gift of $35, $50, or more to the ACLU's 2022 Action Fund before our midnight deadline.

The 2022 Action Fund will serve as a critical pool of resources for our teams to pull from throughout the year so that we can be there for the millions of people who are counting on the ACLU to ensure that their rights will be defended.

The Fund will be what our lawyers turn to when states make new laws to attack trans youth and suppress voters of color. And it's what our advocates and volunteers will turn to when they need to be voices for those locked behind bars or in need of access to abortion.

So please ACLU Supporter, don't let down the people who are depending on us – make as generous a gift as you can to the ACLU's 2022 Action Fund before midnight tonight.
