Good morning, everyone -

I am writing to ask if there’s anything I can say to convince you to make a contribution to my re-election before our midnight fundraising deadline comes to a close.

What if I told you that the far-right forces behind our recall are gearing up for another go at it in 2022?

What if I shared that most people believe 2022 will be a far more difficult year for Democrats than the month people were voting during our recall?

And what if I told you that when this deadline ends at midnight, we’re legally required to share our fundraising numbers and a bad showing could invite attacks and opponents?

That’s why I am asking — especially today:
