I know that these days your inbox is probably full of fundraising emails — and I am going to ask for your help reaching tonight’s end-of-year fundraising goal — but I wanted to talk to you about why this race is so important.

Louisville’s district is the only blue district in Kentucky’s delegation, and holding this seat in 2022 is crucial to ensuring our voices don’t get drowned out by the GOP.

Keeping this district blue means we have a real shot at passing meaningful legislation on education, criminal justice reform, ending generational poverty, and reproductive rights.

I’ve fought (and won!) on tough issues in Frankfort, and I’m ready to do the same in Washington.

But this isn’t a one-person job — I’m going to need the help of this grassroots team to keep up this campaign's momentum.
