The Democratic Diversity Initiative collected for the first time ever LGBTQ data in its annual diversity survey. This was 100% attributable to the many conversations GLASS had with the Diversity Initiative for the past three years.
The work's not over yet, but the collection of this critical data is a step in the right direction. We're proud of our efforts, commend the Diversity Initiative, and look forward to working with all Senate offices in making sure LGBTQ voices are heard. 🏳️🌈✊
