We did it, John. 

Pick up your glass and toast to surviving a 2021 full of triumphs and
tribulations. 

This year we experienced an unprecedented crisis for our political system,
but I’m so proud of everything this movement has done to protect American
democracy.  

Heading into 2022, we’re poised to pass the Freedom to Vote Act, win
ballot measures in cities and states across America, and beat back the
threat of authoritarianism in our political system.

deadline, and we’re still short of our $75,000 goal. Can you contribute
$15 to help us begin 2022 with the resources we need to fight
for democracy?

Here are a few highlights from the long list of what we accomplished in
2021: 

* Launched on-the-ground campaigns in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and North
Carolina to fight gerrymandering and stop politicians from rigging our
elections.

* Held dozens of rallies in states across America to urge President
Biden and the Senate to pass the Freedom to Vote Act. 

* Generated more than 85,000 petition signatures, 10,000 phone calls,
and upwards of 30 public events to pressure Congress to save American
democracy.

* Mobilized West Virginians from across the political spectrum to urge
Senator Joe Manchin to support the Freedom to Vote Act.

* Partnered with some of America’s favorite stars, including Steph
Curry, Katy Perry, Ed Helms, Jennifer Lawrence, and Mark Ruffalo.
RepresentUs’ viral videos reached over 18 million Americans and
recruited thousands into the anti-corruption movement. 

RepresentUs did all this and more with one goal in mind: Bring together
progressives, conservatives, and independents to pass laws that make our
democracy stronger. But we can only continue this work in 2022 with
support from our movement.
