friend, the bad news just keeps coming: Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight just announced that I’m in severe danger of losing Nevada.

My chances of winning were just DOWNGRADED to "toss-up," while a new poll has me losing to my Trump-endorsed opponent by 2 points.

And now, as of 9:30 a.m., I'm about to fall short of my critical end-of-year fundraising goal at midnight tonight.

Mitch McConnell and his GOP allies know the road to Senate control runs right through Nevada – that's why they've already spent more than $4 million to defeat me, and if this downgrade is any indication, their attacks are working.

I believe we can turn this around and win in Nevada, friend, but it's going to take all of us, and we need to act now. When I won by a tight 2-point margin in 2016, it was only because grassroots Democrats like you stepped up at critical moments like this. Now, with Senate control on the line and GOP attacks putting us in danger of losing in Nevada, I'm counting on you again.

I'm still $3,203 short of my end-of-year grassroots goal at MIDNIGHT tonight, but if everyone reading this gives just $5 right now, I know we can make up this fundraising gap, turn this race around and defend this critical seat.
