Sally Pipes, Pacific Research Institute President, CEO, and Thomas W. Smith Fellow in Health Care Policy, will participate in a debate on “Medicare for All” on the campus of University of California, Berkeley on November 14, 2019.
Pipes will debate Richard Scheffler, Professor of the Graduate School, UC Berkeley School of Public Health.
Pipes is the author of The False Promise of Single-Payer Health Care (Encounter, 2018). Her next book, False Premise, False Promise: The Disastrous Reality of Medicare for All, will be published by Encounter in January 2020.
Registration is not required but attendees are asked to arrive early as space is limited.
