Courage in Practice: Why it’s our PEAK2020 theme

As we developed the Principles for Peak Grantmaking, we did a lot of listening and learning––through working groups, regional chapter events, and surveys, and in conversations with members and sector leaders. We heard loud and clear that grantmakers must have the courage to live our values and approach change management, organizational culture, and complex grantmaking systems to enact that change.
Through five learning tracks, aligned with the five Principles, we’ll explore what Courage in Practice is all about.
