Kicking off PEAK2020, LaTosha Brown, co-founder of Black Votes Matter Fund, will empower us to go from talking about change to setting it into motion.

As we developed the Principles for Peak Grantmaking ([link removed]) , we did a lot of listening and learning––through working groups, regional chapter events, and surveys, and in conversations with members and sector leaders. We heard loud and clear that grantmakers must have the courage to live our values and approach change management, organizational culture, and complex grantmaking systems to enact that change.
Through five learning tracks, aligned with the five Principles, we’ll explore what Courage in Practice is all about.
