We need WHPA now more than ever. It would create a statutory right to abortion care and eliminate barriers like arbitrary bans, mandatory waiting periods, state mandated misinformation, and the list goes on. All of them must go!

With the Supreme Court expected to soon issue a decision affecting Roe v. Wade , we must act now. While WHPA was passed in the House of Representatives in September, the Senate still hasn’t voted.
