Hey John, remember when Rep. Mo Brooks came after me earlier this year and threatened to have me jailed?

The same Mo Brooks who, on January 6, stood in front of a crowd of Trump supporters, lied and told them it was time for “American patriots to start taking names and kicking ass.”

As you know, I sued Mo Brooks and others for their roles in inciting an insurrection against Congress.

Cowardly Mo dodged my team for months to avoid service. When he finally responded, Mo refused to take any responsibility for his actions — and said he would have me thrown into prison.

As we close out 2021, Brooks and his fellow insurrectionists are still refusing to come clean about their part in the attack on Congress. Brooks is even trying to take his lies to another place by running for the U.S. Senate.

You can bet that so long as Mo tries to lie, cheat, and squirm his way out of his role in the insurrection, I will be there fighting to hold him and the rest of the GOP accountable.
