John, I’ve worked a lot of jobs in my life. I’ve been a corn detasseler, a Kellogg’s factory worker, and most recently, a mental health counselor here in Omaha. But now I’m ready for a new job: the first Black Congresswoman from Nebraska.
Our campaign has a major quarterly fundraising deadline tomorrow, and I’m hoping you can get us to our ambitious goal by matching our average contribution of $19.09 right away.
As a mental health counselor, I’ve gained so many skills, from serving as a patient advocate to meeting folks where they are to really listen to individuals’ needs. These skills make me uniquely qualified to represent Nebraska in Congress, but I need grassroots support from folks like you to get there. Can you match our average contribution before tomorrow’s FEC deadline? Anything you can spare means so much to my team and me.
With you by my side, I know we can flip this district. Thank you,
