According to the Washington Post, Madison Cawthorn and Marjorie Taylor Greene are teaming up to lead a dangerous MAGA takeover of the GOP in order to keep fueling the Big Lie. 

Cawthorn and Trump’s other right-wing acolytes are attempting a MAGA takeover of the entire GOP, endorsing candidates who promise to back the Big Lie that the election was stolen in NC and across the country. Their goal is clear – to win a Republican majority by filling House seats with extremists who care more about the national spotlight and loyalty to Trump, than the people they are running to represent.

The last thing we need are more politicians in the mold of Madison Cawthorn, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, or Lauren Boebert in the U.S. Congress.

Jasmine is offering a very different kind of leadership based on compassion, empathy and doing the work to deliver for our communities. But Cawthorn has made it clear that he is all in to make Western North Carolina ground zero for his extremist takeover, so she needs your support to push back.

We must continue to call him out, hold him accountable, and vote to replace his toxic brand of extremist politics with the leadership that Western NC deserves.
