FIRST: A poll from the highly-respected Des Moines Register showed that only 27% of likely Iowa voters want to reelect Republican Chuck Grassley.

THEN: Admiral Mike Franken announced he was running for Senate against Chuck Grassley – giving Democrats’ our best chance EVER to defeat Grassley and turn Iowa blue.

BUT NOW: With just 30 hours until our first end-of-quarter FEC deadline, we’re still behind on hitting our $100,000 fundraising goal, and we cannot afford to fall short.
