Support SHARK's Work Fighting for Animals!
December 30, 2021

DEAR FRIENDS,

Yesterday, The Daily Wire released a report that the National Institutes of Health spent $1.2 million dollars buying Beagle puppies for experimentation from Envigo (formerly Covance owned by LabCorp), a Virginia-based breeding mill currently under federal investigation for its cruel living conditions, according to multiple reports. Read the entire report here.

Over the past several years, SHARK has documented the horrendous conditions of these suffering and dying beagles with our drones. See videos below:

Cruel Beagle Breeding Prison Revisited

Employees Ignore Desperate Beagles

SHARK's drone video documented how the beagles are kept in overcrowded cages, where fighting and other signs of dominance occur, as well as repetitive behavior, which is a sign of stress.

SHARK had encouraged everyone to contact LabCorp/Covance when they owned this facility to meet with us to discuss serious reforms to this horrible breeding facility, but LabCorp/Covance didn't respond.

SHARK encourages everyone to reach out to the Cumberland, VA Board of Supervisors asking them to require Envigo to improve the treatment of these dogs.

SHARK has also droned Marshall Farms, another abominable beagle breeding facility that also breeds ferrets and other small animals in North Rose, NY. See video here.

SHARK has set up the BeagleSalvation.com website to educate the public about these gruesome breeding and testing facilities. SHARK is also selling beagle salvation t-shirts and hoodies (see below) to help fund our work on these projects.

These trips are extremely time-consuming, labor-intensive and traveling is expensive! Funds are desperately needed to keep SHARK on the road in 2022 for the animals. We can't help the animals without you! Please donate here.
