- There are a near equal number of registered Democrats and Republicans.
- Governor Newsom won here by just 1%.
- Nearly 70% of the voters are new to me.
- I’ll need to win in Republican strongholds like Huntington Beach.

All of this in an election year that could be particularly tough for Democrats means we have to work even harder to continue this movement for working people. I want to help send Truth to Power endorsed candidates to Congress so that they can help me continue to fight to lower costs for families, protect our environment, and hold corrupt officials and greedy corporations accountable.
