Senator Cornyn already aired the first TV ads of the campaign, thanks to the nearly $11 million war chest he amassed with lots of help from corporate PAC and special interest donors. He’s not going to hold back. This race is already well underway, and it’s clear it’s going to be a long and expensive one. That’s why pitching in right now is so critical.

Here’s the deal: I don’t have any corporate PACs pouring money into my campaign, hoping I’ll play nice with them once I’m Senator. I’m not taking their money because I will be accountable to the people, not special interests.
