While Congress is out of session for their annual holiday break, something’s been weighing on me…child hunger doesn’t get a break.  

When Save the Children Action Network activists like you make a donation, we can ramp up our efforts to advocate for hungry kids across the nation. Kids like 5-year-old Paloma, pictured above.  

Every morning, Paloma’s preschool provides her with a nutritious breakfast. She starts her day smiling, energized and ready to learn – but it’s projected that 13 million other children in the U.S. aren’t so lucky. They often experience hunger. And when kids don’t have enough to eat, they can’t learn and get the strongest possible start in life.
