Rather than directing tax dollars towards solving surging murders, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will soon divert $5.7 million to pay cops to throw out 60+ year-old Democratic women's votes.

The Miami Herald reports that eight of Ron DeSantis and Marco Rubio's constituents are dying every day. Meanwhile, as Rubio brags about his A+ NRA rating, DeSantis is doing everything in his power to protect Rubio's Senate seat. DeSantis could soon deploy cops with “unprecedented authority” to cast out drop-off ballots and dissolve our progressive movement, the Tampa Bay Times reports.

That's because progressive women are ready to help Val Demings oust Marco Rubio by turning out in larger numbers than any other demographic in Florida. With their help and yours, we will finally pass the Freedom to Vote and the John Lewis Voting Rights Acts, and end DeSantis and Rubio's ascendant right-wing authoritarianism for good.

But Marco Rubio has a blank check from shady deep-pocket donors who just bankrolled a vicious attack-ad campaign which successfully inflated Rubio's poll position. Our democracy will be irrevocably wounded if Rubio and DeSantis succeed in turning Florida into a one-party state.
