In these fraught and divided times, dreaming big may seem unrealistic, and even a bit far-fetched. It’s not easy to stand in the face of adversity and continue to fight battles that feel unwinnable.

Yet, that’s exactly what you did this year.

Amid so much uncertainty — you stood with us every day and committed to helping solve America’s toughest problems. Because of the tireless resolve of our staff, supporters, and friends in 2021, Dream Corps led with love, found common ground, and served communities around the country.

Thanks to you, we’ve had some big wins this year, including:

Joining more than 150 partners around the country to host the People’s Inauguration.

Passing the EQUAL Act in the House of Representatives, which — once passed in the Senate —will equalize the sentencing penalties for crack and powder cocaine and bring countless people home from prison.

Investing in aspiring Black & Brown tech leaders by furnishing scholarships and providing mentorship, training, and opportunities through our cohort program and the inaugural Black Future Weekend in Atlanta, GA.

Innovating in the climate justice space through our Common Ground Platform & #CommonGround Digital Week of Action.

The wins listed and many others were made possible by you. Whether you signed a petition, wrote to your local representatives, posted on social media, or made a donation—it was our collective commitment to Dream Corps’ vision that yielded such great success.
