Campaign Organizer, Full Time, Washington, DC
The Campaign Organizer manages the various local campaigns
AAI is leading in 2020, ensuring the broad participation of our
community members, stakeholders, allies, policy makers, and advocates
to meet the goals of the campaign(s). The Campaign Organizer will lead
and work in collaboration with field, policy, and program colleagues
to produce actionable items for engaged supporters who will work to
advance the campaign objectives. They will also be responsible for
overseeing AAI’s five (5) local field organizers, communicating
campaign updates with appropriate messaging both externally &
internally, and maintaining strict data quality standards. The ideal
candidate is a creative, adept communicator with strong attention to
detail, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Learn

Technologist, Full Time, Washington, DC
The Technologist will fully integrate into AAIF’s diverse
team and use their knowledge, talent, and skills to help AAIF utilize
institutional data for more effective communication with our community
and allies. The Technologist will also be responsible for sharing and
potentially training key staff so that our team may develop new skills
and understanding when it comes to technology and how the organization
applies it. The Technologist will work closely with the AAIF field
team to advance our mission of empowerment while helping to maintain

Field Organizer, Full Time, Michigan
With administrative and programmatic support from AAI's
national staff in Washington, D.C., the Field Organizer will work on
multiple fronts to execute an effective Yalla Vote voter registration
and engagement program, and an effective Yalla Count Me In Get Out the
Count program in their state. This salaried position will be based out
of Michigan, and is a limited duration assignment with a targeted
start date of December 2, 2019, and end date of November 30, 2020. We
expect to fill this position with an experienced, highly capable
candidate able to meet the following responsibilities. Learn

Field Organizers, Part Time, Iowa, Texas, Northern
California, and Southern California
With administrative and programmatic support from AAI's
national staff in Washington, D.C., the Field Organizer will work on
multiple fronts to execute an effective Yalla Vote voter registration
and engagement program, and an effective Yalla Count Me In Get Out the
Count program in their state. This stipend-based position will be
based out of California (two positions, North & South), Texas, or
Iowa. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, and
is a limited duration assignment with a targeted start date of
December 2, 2019, and end date of November 30, 2020. We expect to fill
