A Federal Election Commission (FEC) deadline is coming up on 12/31. Here’s what that means:

Our candidates — Odessa Kelly, Summer Lee, Rana Abdelhamid, Jessica Cisneros, and Kina Collins — will all have to report how much money their campaigns raised from October 1 to December 31. The national media and Democratic establishment will be watching our slate’s numbers closely, judging how strong they think our campaigns are.

Strong fundraising numbers ahead of this FEC deadline are critical for a number of reasons. More money for our campaigns means more opportunities to reach voters with advertisements, canvassing, and phone calls. Now is the time to convince voters that Rana, Odessa, Summer, Jessica, and Kina are the right choice. Momentum now, not later, means we can win these races. That’s why your grassroots donations now are so important.

Strong fundraising numbers can also encourage even more support and more donations. Folks will see what Justice Democrats are capable of and join in the fight to elect progressive fighters instead of the same old Democratic establishment candidates.

We have a goal of raising $20,000 between our five recruited candidates before 12/31 at 11:59 pm. Will you split a contribution right now to Odessa, Rana, Jessica, Kina, and Summer to make sure they can put up big numbers against their establishment opponents?
