Later today, Debbie and I are hopping on a Zoom to check in on our final fundraising push of 2021.
I thought I'd be able to tell her that reaching our $60,000 goal before Friday at midnight was going to be a slam dunk.
But, friend, if I'm honest, I'm pretty worried right now. With less than 72 hours until our last deadline of the year, we're still more than $8,700 short of our goal.

Here's why we can't miss this goal:
After the clock strikes midnight on December 31st, we're closing the books on 2021. After that, we send our report to the FEC, and our fundraising numbers become public.
Michigan is a make-or-break battleground. That means everyone from Donald Trump to Betsy DeVos will be watching our numbers closely. Debbie wants to send the message that Michigan Democrats are more fired up than ever to protect our Democratic majority in 2022.
The best way to do that is by hitting our goal before the ball drops on Friday at midnight!
Debbie's not about to let extreme Republicans roll back our progress. Friend, we're counting on you to join her in the fight.
