Thank you for making our vital work possible!

 

It is hard to believe that in only eight months since our founding we have already had such a profound and powerful impact — far exceeding even my own expectations for what we would achieve in our organization’s infancy.

We have sued the Biden Administration over and over to fight illegal and unconstitutional executive actions:  from nationwide vaccine mandates, to racially discriminatory “equity” policies, to federally-imposed radical gender ideology, to our partnerships with state Attorneys General to combat Biden’s open borders decrees.

Our rights and securities are under threat as never before, and America First Legal — with your support — has leapt into action. With the far-left firmly in control of the machinery of government, our only avenue to fight back is in our courts.

Already, we have notched important victories — including on equity, abortion, immigration, COVID-19 mandates, and transgender policy.

We never back down from a worthy fight. We never shy away from a righteous cause. We never put any interest before country.

In addition to hard-hitting critical litigation, we have also utilized our backgrounds as former senior officials in the Executive Branch to conduct oversight of the Biden Administration on vital matters from Afghanistan, to child trafficking, to Critical Race Theory. And when the Administration fails to provide the documents we seek as required by law, we take them to court.

But as huge of a difference as we made this year, we are only just getting started. With your help we will continue, grow, and expand our legal battles on the most pressing issues facing our country, such as:

● The decimation of national sovereignty and federal immigration law;

● The imposition of Critical Race Theory and other anti-American ideologies ;

● The institutionalization of race-based and exclusionary policies across the federal government ;

● Attacks on the right to life;

● Cancel culture and attacks on the First Amendment;

● Unlawful federal COVID-19 mandates;

● Government corruption;

● Any and all threats to our liberty, sovereignty, and the constitutional rule of law
