- Won a landmark case before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on behalf of our client in El Salvador, Manuela, with a decision that establishes protections for pregnant people across Latin American, including those seeking abortion care.
- Worked with our allies in the U.S. Congress to support passage of the Women's Health Protection Act in the U.S. House of Representatives, a historic vote for federal legislative protections for abortion access in the United States.
- Secured protections against forced sterilization and discrimination for people living with HIV in Chile, along with reparations for our client, Francisca, who was forcibly sterilized after giving birth.
