Here’s why that Dec. 31 deadline is so important: Every quarter, political campaigns are required to disclose their fundraising totals to the Federal Elections Commission. Things like number of grassroots donors, repeat donors, average contribution, and total dollars raised will be key indicators of our strength in this race to elect Eddie and send Scott Franklin into early retirement. And remember: Eddie isn’t taking a dime of corporate PAC donations because, quite frankly, the last thing Washington needs is another corrupt politician in the pockets of corporate special interests.
