This just in, folks.

Michigan’s Independent Redistricting Commission just finalized new congressional maps, and I’m excited to announce that I will officially be filing to run for re-election in MI-11 to continue representing my home, Oakland County.

While I can’t wait for another opportunity to keep working for Michigan’s families, the truth is we still have a long road ahead to victory.

Here’s what we know:

- Republicans spent millions of dollars directly attacking me last cycle
- The GOP is eager to reclaim the House majority
- I’ve been one of the GOP’s top targets heading into 2022, and you can bet that national Republicans are going to do all they can to unseat me

It’s never been more urgent to organize and mobilize new voters. With our changing district, we must welcome our new constituents and convince them that we’re the best team to represent MI-11 in Congress. But in order to do that, we need resources.
