National Republicans will stop at nothing to flip Kansas' governor's seat in 2022. Political analysts from Inside Elections, Cook Political Report, The Kansas City Star, and Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight are all calling me one of the most vulnerable Democratic governors up for re-election in 2022 -- and now The National Journal is weighing in.
I'm the only Democratic governor running for re-election in 2022 in a state that President Biden lost -- and in a new article, The National Journal highlighted how national Republicans plan on helping my extreme opponent win in 2022.
I need to be blunt with you: all of the progress we've made so far -- a fully funded public education system, an economy on the mend, and expanded broadband -- will be under attack if we lose to our extreme Republican opponent in 2022.
