Friend,

I know it’s late, but there are two things you need to know:

1. The FDA recently found bee-killing pesticides imidacloprid and acetamiprid on some samples of apples and pears and cancer-linked glyphosate on samples of asparagus.
2. EWG is running very short of the funds we need to continue our work in 2022 protecting your health from toxic pesticides.

We’ve got big plans for 2022, but they all hinge on how much we raise right now. Can you chip in $10, $25 or more right now to help us reach our goal? Any amount makes a difference.

This is shocking news, friend.

The FDA has released data that shows bee-killing pesticides imidacloprid and acetamiprid on some samples of popular produce, like apples, grapes and pears, and has found cancer-linked glyphosate on some asparagus! This is incredibly concerning in light of recent studies that suggest neonics may also harm children’s developing nervous systems.

We shouldn’t have to worry about toxic pesticides at the grocery store. That’s why EWG is fighting to get pesticides like glyphosate and neonics out of our food. But we need your help.

We’re running out of time to reach our year-end fundraising goal, and we’re falling dangerously behind. We need our work to be fully funded in order to continue the research you rely on and fight for stronger protections. Can we count on you to chip in today?

Click here to rush a donation of $10 or more to support our work to get glyphosate and neonics out of our food!

The EPA has recently determined that cancer-linked glyphosate is likely to harm more than 1,000 of the nation’s most endangered plants and animals. This comes right on the heels of reports that the American bumblebee population has declined 89% over the past 20 years, thanks in large part to the widespread use of neonics.

These toxic pesticides should NOT be on our food.

EWG will never stop fighting for your health – and we get results. Just look at what we’re facing next year:

* Fighting continued attacks on our pesticide work. The head of a major Big Ag front group has pledged to use tougher tactics to try to shut down our Dirty Dozen™ list.
* Shedding light on the influence pesticide companies have on the EPA and the risk assessment process.
* Preventing the EPA from declaring pesticides like neonics and glyphosate to be safe when there’s scientific evidence that they aren’t.

But none of this work is possible without your support. We need to raise $136,663 before midnight on 12/31 in order to fully fund our pesticide work in 2022. If you rely on our work, please donate today. Any amount makes a difference.

Donate $10 or more today to fund EWG’s work in 2022. Our work to protect your health has never been more important.
