My name is Ryan and I’m the campaign manager here at Welch for Vermont. I’m going to explain exactly what I do and why I do it in just a moment. But first, can you pitch in to our campaign for the U.S. Senate? Our first FEC deadline is coming up and we want you on Team Welch. Can you pitch in $15 to help us reach our goals?
This campaign is about empowering Vermonters at this critical moment in our history. When Peter says we need all hands on deck, he means it. So my job is to build Team Welch to reach every corner of the state and organize around the issues that matter to you. We will lift up the stories of Vermonters who have dedicated themselves to combating climate change, saving our Democracy, and fighting for racial and economic justice. We will build a coalition that represents all Vermonters and all of Vermont.
But all of that takes resources. And since we’re not taking any contributions from corporate PACs, our resources come from grassroots donors like you who chip in what they can, when they can.
Our first FEC deadline is coming up quick — Friday at midnight, to be exact — and these numbers will go public. Can you pitch in to our campaign right away? It will go directly to building a strong foundation so we can win here in Vermont.

We all have our own stories about what brings us to this work and why we’ve dedicated ourselves to Peter’s campaign. But as a life-long Vermonter, I know Peter has what it takes to fight for our progressive values in the Senate. He does what he says and says what he means.
