Hello friend,

As the end of the year approaches, I am writing to ask for your support of my son Seth in his race to be the next Governor of Rhode Island.

Ever since Seth was a little boy growing up in Bristol, he's had a passion for helping people that would later motivate him to pursue public service. One story that captures Seth took place when he was in the fourth grade. He noticed that the auditorium balcony at his elementary school was in disrepair, so not all the students were able to go to all the programs at the school. He thought that was unfair to the students who were left out, so he went directly to the principal and made the case about why it needed to be repaired. He brought his list of fundraising ideas and important people to approach to get the job done.

Like that little boy of long ago, when Seth sees something that's broken, he does what it takes to fix it. He has done that as Treasurer with his once-in-a-generation school construction initiative, and he will continue working to rebuild a stronger Rhode Island for everyone when he is elected Governor.

Seth strongly believes that every person should have the chance to achieve the American Dream, and he is ready to put in the work to fight for a better future for all Rhode Islanders. He doesn’t want anybody to be left out or left behind. He knows that in order to build a 21st-century economy where everyone can succeed, Rhode Island needs to invest in clean energy jobs and job training, and to address the structural barriers that have held back communities of color. He knows that providing an excellent education to people of all ages and backgrounds is fundamental to this.

What sets Seth apart from other candidates is that he not only has the compassion to be a great Governor, but he also has the experience and an impressive record of accomplishment in office. He has been an outstanding Treasurer and he will be an outstanding Governor. I hope you will join me in supporting him today.
