Removing the cap on SALT deductions, so communities that value strong schools and safe neighborhoods aren't penalized;
securing robust, material investments to combat climate change nationwide, but especially here on Long Island;
codifying women's right to choose into law, so we don't roll back the clock on our fundamental rights;
ensuring everyone -- especially seniors and Americans with pre-existing conditions -- has access to quality, affordable health care.

These are just some of the issues Kara is hoping to tackle in the House, but we're running out of time to hit our goals and build a winning campaign.
