AMP has it all figured out Dear Email, For decades, I’ve lived in this country and advocated for Palestinian rights using my pulpit and position as a reverend in my church in Atlanta, Georgia. For decades Palestinians have been given the short end of the stick and we’ve dealt with blow after blow. I had honestly lost all hope that change would ever come in my lifetime until I met the extraordinary young organizers at American Muslims for Palestine. For the past couple of years, I’ve been inspired by their brilliant activism for my beloved Palestine and AMP’s inclusivity and diversity as an organization to ensure that all Palestinians have a voice in the halls of power and beyond. I can now say with confidence that I’m a believer. I’m a believer that Palestine will certainly be free and I’m a firm believer that AMP’s work will inevitably contribute to that freedom. |
