The good news is that we've had a tremendous start launching this campaign and visiting every corner of Iowa. From joining my parents on the picket line during the United Auto Workers strike at John Deere this fall, to the countless number of county party meetings and visits to local organizations and businesses -- we're proving that we're not waiting for anyone's permission to take on Kim Reynolds.
The bad news is that we have an incredibly important deadline at the end of the year and we're coming up a bit short.
I'm less concerned with the amount we raise, and more encouraged by the number of people chipping in. I'm hoping to raise an additional 500 contributions by Friday at the end of the day.
