What a year.

As we approach the beginning of 2022, House Democrats are buckling down and preparing to do whatever it takes to keep Kevin McCarthy’s dark money machine from buying back the House for the ultra-wealthy.

We have to -- all the progress we’ve made this year is thanks in no part to House Republicans. If they take back the House Majority, working families won’t get the help they need and they’ll continue their crusade of creating a trickle-up economy for their big donors.

I’m emailing you because I know you support my friend Matt Cartwright, and keeping his seat is one of my top priorities in 2022. I know it’s a busy time of year, but we can’t lose track of what really matters. Can I count on you to chip in even just $20 towards Matt’s crucially important end-of-year fundraising goal?

With Matt’s help, we were able to pass the bipartisan infrastructure bill as well as the Build Back Better Act in the House, both of which will fundamentally change the lives of millions of Americans. From universal pre-K to paid family leave and investing in good-paying jobs and American industry, Democrats are working on creating opportunities for EVERYONE.

However, the GOP is still reeling from their defeat in 2020, and they’re preparing to do whatever it takes to flip the House and stop President Biden’s agenda.

That’s why we need to match their energy. We need to protect our values and the work we’ve done this past year. So please, John, help Matt meet his end-of-year goal so we can keep up with the GOP dark money machine and hold our Democratic House Majority.
