We now have the power of two money-in-politics watchdogs, formerly the Center for Responsive Politics and the National Institute on Money in Politics, under one roof.  But what does this mean for you? Your support is going towards the creation of a one-stop resource; a free website and evidence-based nonprofit newsroom that follows every dollar as it makes its way through our politics at the state and federal level.  In a time where it feels like politicians are choosing their supporters, rather than the other way around, we all deserve the right to know how secret money influences political decisions that impact all of us. Every day we are working to expose seemingly limitless spending ushered in by Citizens United, to the dismay of billionaire donor groups who don’t want you to know how much they spend, or who they spend their money on.
