The last thing Nevada needs is Dean Heller as our last line of defense.

In the U.S. Senate, Heller voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act -- which would have gutted protections for people with pre-existing conditions and returned us to the days of big insurance companies charging women more than men for the same coverage.

Heller even said he liked “what Texas did” on abortion and promised “the most conservative abortion laws we can have” in Nevada.
