First off, I want to thank you again for being part of this team. This is an all hands on deck moment for Vermont, for our country and for our democracy. Together, I know that this is a race we can win and we can deliver progress for families here in Vermont and all across the country.
But we can’t take anything for granted. We’re going to work every day because that is what voters deserve. The prosperity of all Vermonters and all Americans depends on it. After a year of an evenly split Senate, it’s clear we need to strengthen our majority by electing even more Democrats.
I’m running for Senate to keep this seat blue. I am as frustrated as you are. The gridlock we’ve seen in Washington has done nothing but leave hardworking American families in the cold, and we have a responsibility not only to protect the progress we’ve made this year, but build on it.
On Friday at midnight, we have the first Federal Elections Commission filing deadline of this campaign. It’s our first chance for us to publicly report all of the grassroots support we’ve received so far. This moment matters. The future of our democracy hangs in the balance, and we need you in this fight with us So I have to ask:
