I was really hoping I wouldn't have to send this email today, John.

In an ideal scenario, we'd be much closer to hitting our critical end-of-year goal, and it'd be smooth sailing through the holiday season from now til our December 31 FEC deadline. But it's my job as Deputy Campaign Manager to let you know that's simply not the case right now.

We have about five days left until our deadline, which may seem like a lot of time. But with so many folks (rightfully) spending this holiday season focusing on their loved ones instead of their inbox, we have to be more aggressive about meeting our end-of-year goal.
