On Friday, one day before our scheduled rally in her home district, Speaker Nancy Pelosi decided to weigh in on the issue: "I’m not a big fan of Medicare for All," she said in an interview.

As it turns out her constituents STRONGLY disagree. See for yourself:

Not only did hundreds turn out to our Medicare for All rally in San Francisco on Saturday, but we also generated more than 500 calls to her office last week. And now we’re launching an official petition to turn up the pressure even more.

It’s Congress’ job to represent the will and interests of the people. And it’s clear where the people stand. Sign your name today and join us in asking Speaker Pelosi to take real leadership on Medicare for All.

For months, Speaker Pelosi and others in Congress have had all the proof they need to see that Medicare for All is the best way forward:

We need to keep this momentum up and send yet another powerful message to Speaker Pelosi that she must support Medicare for All and ensure it reaches the House floor.

Sign our petition today: join the thousands of people who’ve taken action so far to demand Congress’ support of Medicare for All.

Thank you for everything. For turning out to our rally, for making calls last week, for signing up to knock on doors or get active in other ways, and for signing our petition today.

Together, we will win health care justice for everyone. I’m certain of it.

In solidarity,
