We just barely missed quorum at the December General Membership Meeting (GMM). However, the below items were either discussed at the December GMM or tabled until January's meeting. The resolutions each had a non-binding, advisory vote from Members who attended in December.

• Bylaws Amendment: Bylaws Amendment to Reduce Size of the LC, Clarify Working Group and Committee Structures, and Solidify Voting Mechanism
• Resolution #1: Open Letter to Congress marking our opposition to the US Innovation and Competition Act (USICA) (Advisory Vote:  70 Recommend, 1 Reject, 8 Abstain)
• Resolution #2: Resolution affirming the personhood of nonhuman animals (Advisory Vote: 11 Recommend, 54 Reject, 11 Abstain)
